  1. This is really interesting! I know a good night's sleep always leaves me feeling refreshed and ready for the day, but never thought about the long term effects of sub-par sleep. I'm curious if there is a cut-off of some sort, in terms of time, needed to reduce the chances of developing diseases caused by too much neurotoxic waste. Does it differ between males and females? Could someone that experiences 6 hours of deep sleep per night still develop these diseases while someone that only experiences 2 hours of deep sleep not develop them?
